The Contact Profile may contain but is not limited to (i) name; (ii) address; (iii) phone numbers; (iv) email addresses (v) Employer/company name; (vi) IT and system data, including the usage of our website and mobile application information on the use of our website and mobile application including cookie and action log on the website, etc.
We do not collect more personal data than necessary to minimize risks.

You can directly update your Contact Profile from your subscription or your membership account. For spam prevention, we do not accept generic domain emails from Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. Also, these generic domain emails are usually personal emails regulated under Personal Data Protection Act. To eliminate this risk, we only accept company domain emails since this type of email is considered Business Contact Information, which is outside the scope of regulation.
We only accept company domain emails such as:

@yourcompanyname.org etc.
If your company email address is blocked during registration, it is possible that your IP address was flagged as a source of spam and thus, blacklisted by our spam prevention intelligence. If this is the case, please use another legitimate email address.
3. We welcome postings on the forum pages from you. We want everyone to get the most out of this community, so we ask that you please read and follow these guidelines:

General and personal data will be kept by us no longer than necessary for the execution of the purposes aforementioned. We will retain general and personal data for a maximum period of five years if no specific legal requirement. You may cancel/delete your membership account at any time.
Part I. Duration of Storage
The Contact Profiles that we maintain are stored in cloud-based central databases maintained by Microsoft Corporation. We are assured that Microsoft Corporation has the necessary data security infrastructure fitting the status of a market leader in IT products and services.
Any transfer of your Data outside Singapore shall only take place with appropriate safeguards in place, such as contractual terms in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
Part J. Location of Storage and Controller of Database.
Your personal data may be transferred to and outside of our company in the following cases::
Transfers within the company: Transfers are made throughout our departments to support its activities and/or services.
Transfers to third parties: As our main use of your information is for digital marketing, communications, and notifications, we require the use of third-party data storage and marketing software solutions. Prior to a transfer, third parties are required to demonstrate that their data protection arrangements follow the applicable data protection laws.
Regulatory transfers: We may be required by law to transfer data to governments and regulatory and/or supervisory Authorities .

Depending on the magnitude of the data breach, according to data protection laws and regulations, we must report to the Authorities and disclosing your information to said Authorities.
